These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Repair For Sure Private Limited's Website, located at repairforsure.com.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Repair For Sure if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "Customer", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Features And Usage
Repair for sure Laptop AMC is a troubleshooting, support and repair plan to get the best out of your laptop. It comes with the following features:
Total Tech Support
Unlimited remote tech support for all issues with your laptop, be it basic troubleshooting or setting up of device, connecting it to peripherals or getting tips to get the most out of your laptop.
Total Breakdown Support
Complete breakdown coverage for your laptop, under which labour, service charges are covered. If replacement of parts is needed for a repair, they will be charged separately, on actuals basis.
Total Protection
Complimentary Virus Removal, system speed boost, and software tools installation.
System setup services including laptop initial setup, data transfer, disk partition, connecting to peripherals, data back-up and restoration, feature walkthrough and device demo.
Total Software Support
Help with installation, upgradation and troubleshooting of software installed on your laptops.
Support Duration
Repair For Sure AMC is available for 3 coverage durations- 1 year, 2 years and 3 years. The laptop should not be older than 10 years at the start of AMC.
Cashless
This program is completely cashless. There are no hidden fees.
No Paperwork Required: The plan has a hassle-free process to file a service request. You don’t have to submit any documents or fill up any forms.
High-Quality Spare Parts
Your laptop will be repaired by trained personnel using high-quality spare parts every single time
Terms of Service
The term of Repair for Sure AMC plan is 1 year / 2 years / 3 years as per the plan purchased starting on the later of the following dates:
- A day after the expiry of any ongoing Repair for sure Laptop Basic Care
- The date of purchase of the plan in case the laptop is not covered under any other AMC plan.
Certificate of Protection
Post purchasing Repair For Sure Annual Maintenance Contract, your plan will commence. You will receive confirmation through email and SMS. You will then receive your Repair For Sure Annual Maintenance Contract Certificate through email and SMS. If required, we may reach out to confirm certain details related to your device. The Certificate of Protection will be a confirmation of the fact that your laptop is protected under the Repair For Sure AMC.
Thing to note before buying AMC
We will gladly service your laptops as long as the plan is active and has not expired.
Repair For Sure AMC supports most major brands of laptops, however certain models of specific brands may not be supported
Software support will be available only for licensed original versions of software, no support shall be provided on pirated/non-original software. Subscription/purchase cost of any software is not included in the plan and any software purchase needed will be charged separately, on actual basis.
Plan available and serviceable only in Bengaluru and nearby regions.
If replacement of parts is needed for a repair, it will be charged separately on actual basis. Brand provided spare parts will be charged at MRP. These charges will be communicated by the engineer at the time of the visit, following which you have the choice to go ahead with the repair.
Availability of spare parts may be affected at times, resulting in failure to complete repairs on the device. Repair for sure is not responsible for unavailability of spare parts and in such cases, the engineer will attempt to repair the device on availability of the spare parts.
In case of a device being physically damaged, data backup/recovery may not be feasible.
Working internet connection is needed for backup/recovery. In case of low internet connectivity at your premises, device may need to be taken to the service center for backup/recovery.
For any repair request during the manufacturer warranty period, Repair for sure will facilitate getting the repair done by brand authorized service center by providing a pick-up and drop service. Labour/service charges for any repair carried out by the brand authorized service center will be borne by Repair For Sure. If replacement of parts is needed for a repair, it will be charged separately on actual basis.
Repair For Sure reserves the right to cancel the Repair For Sure AMC in case the laptop is repaired from any non-Repair for sure vendor during the AMC coverage period.
Repair for sure Laptop Basic Care can be purchased for old and new laptops. Repair for sure reserves the right to cancel the Repair for sure Laptop Basic Care and refund the customer in case the laptop is more than 10 years old.
Repair for sure will not be responsible for any data loss in any case, may be due to hardware failure or virus infection or during cleaning virus infection or operator error. Customers are requested to keep regular backup to avoid such circumstances.
Once the purchase is successful, an antivirus key with a step-by-step installation video will be shared on the customer's valid email address.
